This Policy applies to information collected through the Site and through online forms and advertisements that direct people to Dot To Dot Academy. Information we collect in person or through enrollment paperwork is handled as described in our Parent Handbook.
3. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or tour request form, call us, or email us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your child’s name and age, and the program or campus you are interested in
- Any message or details you choose to include
- Information you submit if you apply for a job with us
Information from ads. If you submit a lead form through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta passes the information you entered to us so we can follow up with you.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent, and the website or ad that referred you. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies.
4. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for parents, guardians, and prospective employees. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site. Any information about a child that we receive through the Site, such as a child’s name or age on an inquiry form, is provided by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us directly, please contact us and we will delete it.
