Terms & Conditions

1. Information on This Site

The Site provides general information about Dot to Dot Academy, our campuses, our programs, and our approach to early childhood education. We work to keep the information accurate, but programs, hours, ages served, tuition, and availability can change, and the Site may contain errors or out-of-date details. Please contact us to confirm current information before making decisions.

2. Enrollment Is Separate From This Site

Nothing on the Site is an offer of enrollment, and submitting a form, requesting a tour, or booking a call does not enroll your child or hold a space. Enrollment is governed only by our enrollment agreement and Parent Handbook. If these Terms conflict with the enrollment agreement or Parent Handbook, the enrollment agreement and Parent Handbook control.

3. Forms, Tours, and Communications

When you submit a form or contact us through the Site:

  • You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are an adult (18 or older) and the parent or legal guardian of any child you inquire about, or are authorized to act for them.
  • You agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your inquiry.
  • You can opt out of marketing communications at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Job Inquiries

If you apply for a position through the site, your submission is an application only. It is not an offer of employment or a promise of an interview.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, video, and design, belong to Dot To Dot Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Photos and Videos of Children

Images and videos of children on the Site are shown for the purpose of representing our school. Please do not download, copy, repost, or share them without our written permission. If you are a parent or guardian and would like an image removed, contact us at connect@dottodotacademy.com and we will respond promptly.

7. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Break any law or violate anyone’s rights
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or copy content from the Site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems

8. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may link to or embed content from third parties, such as social media platforms, video hosts, maps, and review sites. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for it. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the Site is general in nature and is not professional, medical, legal, or educational advice for your child.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dot to Dot Academy and its owners, staff, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights or obligations under your enrollment agreement.

11. Changes to the Site and to These Terms

We may change or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

13. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Site.
